For years now the Deutsche Bildungspreis is awarded to companies and institutions that are active in further education and talent management and encourage their employees in an exemplary manner.
This year the OPS Academy JIT, Metal & Mechanism Europa of the automobile industry supplier Johnson Controls was awarded the quality seal “Bildungs- & Talentmanagement 2016 Exzellenz” in the category for innovation prizes.
Their homemade concept „Talent 2020“, according to which employees have been consistently trained and developed further, convinced the experts on the advisory panel.
