2. Legal bases for processing
A legal basis is needed to process personal data. We present this below.

If personal data must be processed to perform a contract to which the data subject is party, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR forms the legal basis. If personal data must be processed to comply with a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR forms the legal basis.

II. Log files
Data transmitted to us by the browser within the context of our legitimate interest of analysis and for security reasons is automatically stored in the server statistics (log files).
