The Liscia Consulting GbR creating LEADERS product D.R.E.A.M.-Score® not only convinced the Huber Verlag für neue Medien/Huber Publishing for New Media GmbH, but also the Initiative Mittelstand/Mid-Tier Initiative.

The Huber Verlag für Neue Medien GmbH bestows their Industry Prize upon trade products with an especially profound economic, social, technological and ecological value. The panel of experts composed of trade specialists, professors and trade journalists voted the D.R.E.A.M.-Score® BEST OF 2018 in the Service & Benefits category.

Not only that, but also the Initiative Mittelstand greeted Liscia Consulting’s D.R.E.A.M.-Score® with enthusiasm, awarding them the IT Innovation Prize BEST OF 2018 in the category Human Resources.

The D.R.E.A.M.-Score® is an online analysis and comparison instrument for measuring leadership qualities in businesses, providing insight into leadership skills, based on the D.R.E.A.M.-Formula[1]
