On July 2nd, 2015 Liscia Consulting GbR-creatingLEADERS celebrated its 15th anniversary with about 80 guests.
It was a day that could not have been more perfect for a celebration of this kind – the 15th year of Liscia – today the company is called Liscia Consulting GbR – creating LEADERS, earlier known as Team Liscia. On July 2nd the team around Gianni Liscia, Marcello Liscia and Jan Liscia celebrated together with clients and other guests what began very small 15 years ago and has developed into a consulting firm that has adopted the credo “We make leaders”.
The rooms of the company headquarters in Paderborn were decorated to celebrate under the motto “15 Years. Different words. Different Values. Different World“. Chairs and tables made room for a stage with live-music and an exhibition of the internationally renowned Paderborn painter Herman Reichold who painted a special picture for the anniversary which everyone could take home as a print.
“The evening with our guests was what we expected and how we experience daily life with our clients: wonderful moment and familiar togetherness”, reflects Marcello Liscia. Jan Liscia adds, “We experienced a lot of appreciation in the course of conversation. This celebration was a labor of love.”
The highlight of the supporting program was business pioneer and best-selling author Edgar K. Geffroy, who spoke about his latest book “Herzenssache Kunde: Die 7 Schlüssel zu einzigartigem Kundenerfolg durch Clienting”. “Edgar K. Geffroy’s words mirror exactly what is behind our credo and what we want from our customers – our clients’ hearts.”, says Gianni Liscia about the decision to engage Edgar K. Geffroy for a guest appearance on this evening.

Gianni and Marcello Liscia started their consulting business 15 years ago. Over the years, they have created a name for themselves as experts for changing processes. This development led increasingly to areas involving managerial staff so that it became necessary to consolidate their position in this market. Today, and for more than three years now with the help of Jan Liscia, Liscia Consulting sees itself as a leader-maker – creatingLEADERS, and their entire program runs under this name.
