Gianni Liscia is a practical man. Over the past 25 years, he amassed multifarious leadership experience in the hotel and gastronomy fields, as well as interim manager in media distribution. In 1994, Gianni Liscia founded his first consulting firm, specializing in the hotel and gastronomy industries. Liscia Consulting GbR creatingLEADERS followed in 2000, offering leadership development to all sectors.

Together with his brother Marcello Liscia and brother-in-law Jan Liscia, he directs his business, guiding leaders throughout Europe. Gianni Liscia, the leader maker, is an avid speaker, authentically upholding his motto emotional – rational – unsettling as advisor, coach, trainer and author.
